WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS? 

For all ShopDLee.com online orders, we offer a 30 day return window for eligible merchandise (non-eligible items listed below). Refunds are provided in the form of ShopDLee.com Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.

Please check the "Returns" tab on the bottom of our page to begin the Return Process.

Customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $5 restocking fee.

Exchanges may be accepted - if we no longer have the piece in stock, a Gift Card will be issued for the return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN A PURCHASE?  

No, all return requests are issued a complimentary return label through the Returns Portal.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?  

All accepted Returns will receive a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card within 10 Business Days of Return. We do not issue refunds for returned items. 

Gift Cards issued from Returns expire a year after being issued.

CAN ALL ITEMS BE RETURNED? 

Items marked as final sale on product pages and items listed on our Sale page are non-returnable. Final sale items include bodysuits, hats, and swimwear.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP? 

Orders ship within 1-2 business days excluding holidays.
